The garage door monitor is designed to monitor the status of your garage door and advise you if the door is open. By placing the sensor on the door panel, you will be alerted when the door is open. When the garage door is open, receiver will beep and flash.
GM-318 Includes:
One GM-318R Household Alert® Receiver (AC/DC adapter included).
One GM-318T Garage Door Monitor Sensor (Lithium battery included).
Garage door monitor set.
Notifies you when a garage door is open.
Supervised Sensor: monitors the sensors and their battery condition automatically.
GM-318R can work with up to 4 sensors. (additional sensors sold separately)
Both audio and visual indicators.
